OTL Consulting Inc. is not a financial instruments business operator under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act of Japan.

2. Purpose of Our Services

The management support, business development support, structuring of capital-related issues, and formation of contact between relevant parties provided by the Company are not intended for the purchase or sale of securities, public offerings, private placements, underwriting, solicitation, intermediation, brokerage, agency, or investment advisory services.

3. What We Do Not Accept

The Company does not accept any of the following from clients.

  • Applications for the purchase or sale of securities
  • Applications for underwriting
  • Contractual documents relating to securities transactions
  • Identity-verification documents
  • Investment funds
  • Shares, share acquisition rights, or any other securities

4. Parties to Contracts and Transactions

Individual contracts, negotiations of terms, investment decisions, and transactions are conducted directly by the parties concerned, at their own responsibility, after consulting attorneys, certified public accountants, licensed tax accountants, financial instruments business operators, or other specialists as necessary. The Company does not act as a party to, or an agent in, any such contract, negotiation, decision, or transaction.

5. Nature of Published Information

Information published on the Company’s website does not constitute a recommendation to acquire, hold, or sell any specific security, nor does it provide advice serving as a basis for investment decisions. The Company assumes no responsibility for any judgment made or outcome arising from the use of the published information.
